How much is shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping within New Zealand on all orders over $100.
Domestic New Zealand shipping is $12.50.
Shipping of unframed art to Australia is $45.
Shipping of unframed art to the rest of the world is $75 

How long will my order take?

Unframed orders - 4-6 business days
Framed orders - 7-9 business days
Large framed orders - 12-14 business days
Custom framed orders - 14-16 business days

Where can I access tracking to see my order?

A third-party provider will send you an email with estimated delivery times for your order.
Please check your junk or spam folder if this email does not appear. 

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our unframed prints internationally.
We do not currently offer international shipping on framed or canvas pieces.

Do all items in my order ship together?

We will do our best to ship all items in your order together.
However, in some cases, they may be sent in separate shipments.
If part of your order arrives first, please allow a few additional days for the remaining items to arrive before contacting us.

How is my order packaged to keep the artwork safe?

Unframed A4, A3, A2 prints are sent flat in a plastic sleeve with backing board between two pieces of corrugated cardboard and placed in a mailer bag or wrapped in brown paper. Unframed A1-A0 prints are rolled with acid-free tissue and brown paper and put into a tube. All framed prints are cardboard cornered, a piece of stiff card is secured over the glass then bubble wrapped and put in a custom fit box and marked with fragile tape.
