What is your return policy?

We want you to truly love your artwork. If it doesn’t feel quite right in your space, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Unframed prints are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Framed prints and canvas artworks can be exchanged or returned for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, all products must be unused and in their original condition with packaging. Please contact us at hello@floretfineart.com to arrange your return - we're here to help.

What if order is missing or incorrect?

Please get in touch at hello@floretfineart.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

In the very unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, we will arrange priority shipping of a replacement at no cost. Please contact us at hello@floretfineart.com and we will organise this for you.
